Encantada! Que grata surpresa! Comida deliciosa, ambiente lindo, leve e tranquilo, e um serviço perfeito. O maitre, Edilton, recebeu-nos desde a porta. Chegamos antes do restaurante abrir e, mesmo assim, ele já nos acomodou com muita cordialidade. Como não somos daqui, eu comentei que precisaria voltar para experimentar um prato típico, pois não encontrei nenhum restaurante que servisse. Acreditam que ele conversou com o cozinheiro e prepararam o prato para a gente?! Mesmo não estando no cardápio e estando fora da estação. E, para completar, estava divino! Caiu super bem com o domingo chuvoso, o vinho certeiramente indicado e uma sobremesa perfeita. Com certeza foi a melhor forma de conhecer o agnoline, indicado por uma querida amiga, que nos trouxe a Cascavel. Recomendamos fortemente o restaurante Dom Guilherme. É um dos melhores restaurantes que ja conheci. A comida é muito bem preparada, um sabor impecável, o ambiente é super agradável, com a iluminação que eu gosto, bem suave. O atendimento é excelente… Se você estiver procurando um lugar pra ter uma ótima experiência de jantar, o Dom Guilhermo é o lugar perfeito.

Sempre almoço neste restaurante e a experiência é sempre excelente! A comida é muito saborosa, o ambiente é agradável e acolhedor, e o atendimento é sempre atencioso e solícito. Consistente na qualidade e no cuidado com os clientes. Recomendo muito!
